Reporting becomes easier to ask, easier to understand, and easier to act on

Phase 1 establishes tabular reporting. Phase 2 improves how users discover insights through executive dashboards, saved report views, and AI-assisted custom report prompts.

Executive Dashboard Light

Portfolio-level KPIs using internal Journey CRM data: leads, prospects, tours, conversion, referrers, agents, tasks, and appointment activity.

Saved filters & views

Let users reuse common report filters for property, agent, date range, source, status, and referrer views.

Dashboard drilldowns

Open related prospect lists, guest cards, referrer records, or activity details directly from dashboard indicators.

AI custom reports via prompts

Users can ask business questions in natural language. The AI translates the question into available CRM filters and returns tabular, permission-aware results.

Example prompts

  • Show leads with no activity in the last 7 days.
  • Show prospects who asked about pricing this month.
  • Show referral sources by conversion rate.
  • Show appointments completed without a follow-up task.

Important boundary

AI reports can only use data available in Journey CRM or connected integrations. PMS or ad-spend metrics require those integrations first.
